1. Contact and scope

2. Enquiries and contact details
We save your name, phone and/or email, preferred contact method, enquiry type, optional message, floor context, submission time and privacy acknowledgement. Authorized staff review these records in the private sales inbox to respond and discuss viewings or leasing. A viewing request is not a confirmed appointment. Enquiring does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
3. Saved chat and AI processing
We save visitor messages, AI replies, floor context, timestamps and whether a message came from voice. Messages pass through Lovable's AI service to model providers to generate replies. History lets you continue a conversation and authorized staff review enquiries; other visitors cannot read it through the website. The assistant is intended to answer from public homepage information, not private tenant records. AI can make mistakes: confirm prices, availability and terms with the team.
4. Optional microphone and voice
Recording starts only when you use the microphone control and allow browser permission. Audio is sent through Lovable to a speech provider for transcription. The resulting text becomes a saved chat message. Our app does not store the original audio in its database or file storage. Reply text may also be sent to a speech provider to read aloud. Providers apply their own retention and security terms. You can use text instead and revoke microphone access in your browser.
5. Service providers and communications
Hosting, database and AI providers process information to operate and protect the service. Owner email notifications, when enabled, send enquiry details to the owner's mailbox. An authorized notification agent may relay operational alerts to ILIYARD's private WhatsApp group. Choosing a WhatsApp, email or telephone link opens a separate service whose own privacy terms apply. Providers may process data outside Georgia under their own safeguards; contact us for details about the providers handling your request.
6. Browser storage and security
A random key in your browser reconnects your floor conversations; only its hash is saved in the database. The site may remember language, appearance and whether you have seen the opening film. Clearing browser storage may prevent chat access but does not erase saved records. Providers may process IP addresses, browser details and request logs for delivery, diagnostics and security. Staff-only access and protected connections help safeguard records, but no system is risk-free.
7. Retention and your rights
Chats and enquiries remain saved until removed by authorized staff; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. You can browse without submitting details and use text instead of voice. For access, correction, deletion, objections or withdrawal of consent where applicable, email info@iliyard.com; identity verification may be needed. Applicable law may limit some requests. Provider logs, backups or legally required records may not be erased immediately. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority. This notice may change; the latest version appears here.
