Tenants are required to provide a written notice four months prior to lease termination. Monthly utility charges are calculated based on individual counters, ensuring tenants pay only for their specific usage. For those opting for the premium package, the landlord provides office finishing services, delivering a high-standard interior ready for occupancy. Payment terms include an advance covering the first three months and the final three months of the lease. Office finishing work will be completed within approximately six months following the signing of the lease agreement, allowing tenants a smooth and well-prepared transition into their new space.
